Mood Budget is a budget planning application that helps you create visual boards for projects, wishlists, and events. This policy covers both our web application (moodbudget.com) and our browser extension.
When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use Supabase for secure authentication and data storage.
We store the boards you create and items you add, including titles, prices, images, and links. This data is necessary to provide our core service.
Our browser extension extracts product information (title, price, images) from web pages you visit when you actively use the extension to save items. We do not track your browsing history or collect data from pages you don't save.
To improve our product data extraction, we may log the URLs and page content of items you save, along with any corrections you make to extracted data. This helps us improve extraction accuracy.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted data storage and secure authentication. We implement row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data when you explicitly choose to make a board public, or as required by law.
You can delete your boards and items at any time through the app. To delete your account entirely, please contact us at support@moodbudget.com.
Our extension requests permission to access web page content. This is used solely to extract product information when you click the extension to save an item. The extension only activates when you explicitly use it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
